Born in New Zealand, our principal consultant, Richard Beaumont, moved to Australia in 1978. With 30 years in sales, marketing, management & people selection experience in Australia Asia, Europe & Africa, he brings experience, insight and the ability to listen to what business owners need. His Marketing skills open opportunities that many business owners do not see or know how to engage.

Widely traveled and with experience in over 65 nations, Richard has a warm, people-focused approach, coupled with the ability to develop a strong rapport with everyone he meets, regardless of position, ethnicity, gender or faith.

Richard currently serves on several Boards and works on a consultancy basis, in Partnership Development, Coaching Not-for-Profits, Project Development and Funding with a not-for-profit Foundation.

Married to Julie, they have two sons (19 & 22 years old), and are based in Melbourne, Australia.
