Beaumont & Partners offer an Executive Candidate Coaching Program that will give our clients a frank & honest appraisal of how they may be received by future employers.
Due to anti-discrimination laws, when you apply for a role through a Recruitment Agency or direct with the future employer, they are simply not able to tell you the real reason you were not successful.
By using our Candidate Coaching Program, you will be given an honest, down-to-earth appraisal of how you present to an interviewer. We will help you identify issues that are limiting your effectiveness and we will work with you to improve your chances of success in obtaining the best possible job.
We do this through an Initial Consultation where we consider the following areas:
- Personal Appraisal
- Identify your Life/Career goals
- Evaluation of your Grooming & Presentation
- Evaluation of your CV
- Evaluation of Roles for which you apply
- Feedback on how you may be received by others
- We identify the areas where there is room for improvement, these include:
- Understand the importance of the first 7 seconds

Richard will work with you closely to understand your personnel requirements and the unique cultural fit you require.
He communicates what is happening throughout the recruitment process and will do whatever is required to deliver an effective staffing solution.
Fee Structure
B&P work on a flat fee of 12% of the annual salary package. For roles which require a Search, we are willing to work out a cost effective fee which will be dependant on the role and scope of the search requirement.
